Things That Make Me Nervous #10: Crossing The Street Every time I cross a street, I sing to myself “Pedestrians have the right of way” to remind myself that when I get hit, I can sue. I look right, left, right, left, and right again before crossing. And usually there wasn’t a car, but I’ve waited long enough that there is a car, and then I really have to wait before making it closer to my destination. I’m just convinced that some day, I’m going to get hit by a car. Maybe this coincides with Things That Make Me Nervous #1: Driving.
